A perfect company for your Hi-Tea, this Eggless version of Marble Cake is soft & yummy. You can never go wrong with this recipe. Just follow these simple steps.

Ingredients :
- Flour – 100gms
- Condensed milk – 200gms
- Milk – 100gms
- Butter ( refrigerated ) – 100gms
- Sugar – 15gms
- Baking soda – 2.5gms
- Baking powder – 3gms
- Vanilla essence – 2.5 ml
- Cocoa powder – 25gms
Method :
- Cream the butter for 3 to 4 mins.
- Add sugar little by little and continue to whisk.
- Add the condensed milk and vanilla essence, whisk.
- Add sieved flour and milk alternatively in it to form a smooth batter. Mix with spatula.
- Divide the batter into two parts. Add cocoa powder in one part.
- Pour the batter in a lined mould in marble cake pattern.
- Bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 mins.
- Let it cool.
- Demould and slice them. Serve with hi-tea.
