Eggless Marble Cake

Ingredients :

  • Flour – 100gms
  • Condensed milk – 200gms
  • Milk – 100gms
  • Butter ( refrigerated ) – 100gms
  • Sugar – 15gms
  • Baking soda – 2.5gms
  • Baking powder – 3gms
  • Vanilla essence – 2.5 ml
  • Cocoa powder – 25gms

Method :

  • Cream the butter for 3 to 4 mins.
  • Add sugar little by little and continue to whisk.
  • Add the condensed milk and vanilla essence, whisk.
  • Add sieved flour and milk alternatively in it to form a smooth batter. Mix with spatula.
  • Divide the batter into two parts. Add cocoa powder in one part.
  • Pour the batter in a lined mould in marble cake pattern.
  • Bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 mins.
  • Let it cool.
  • Demould and slice them. Serve with hi-tea.
